The Human Factor at Work
LVC is recruiting two part-time staff to develop a project called The Human Factor at Work from April 2026.
The project is funded by NEBOSH and aims to support psychological safety in the workplace, particularly in the context of life and career transitions. The Human Factor at Work project combines LVC’s adult education expertise with a commitment to emotional literacy and psychological health and safety, aiming to enhance job satisfaction, creativity, retention, and productivity across workplaces. The project involves recruiting and training facilitators and recruiting and delivering workshops for a wide range of participants.
We are recruiting two posts:
Project Coordinator
Curriculum Coordinator
Each post is:
- Nine hours per week – some flexibility is required to suit the needs of the project and this may
include occasional evening or weekend work.
£23 per hour (gross)
Holiday: 56 hours per year.
Fixed term for one year from April 2026 with the possibility of extension for a further two
years subject to project success and funding confirmation.
Based in central Leicester
