Curriculum Co-ordinator for Human Factor at Work Project

Biography

I have recently joined Leicester Vaughan College as a curriculum co-ordinator for The Human Factor at Work Project.   Alongside my co-ordinator duties, I also run a small mediation practice in workplace and community mediation in Leicester.   I trained as a lawyer in my early career, focussing on criminal law and human rights.  An opportunity to volunteer with Leicester College in adult literacy, drew me into education.  My PGCE focused on mentoring and coaching in education and I later worked as a partnership manager and mental health curriculum lead for a secondary school in West Leicester.
